Shipping policy

We offer two types of shipping based on distance. For locations within a 25 km radius of our store, deliveries are handled personally by car, with charges applied for every 5 km segment as per our local delivery rate chart. Delivery timelines for these areas depend on product availability and the level of customisation required. For all locations beyond 25 km, orders are dispatched through trusted courier and parcel partners, with shipping charges calculated based on weight, size, and destination pin code. Courier deliveries typically take 3–10 working days, and tracking details are provided once the shipment is dispatched.
